Hugos Bar & Pavillion are currently recruiting for a General Manager to operate their extremely busy venue.
In this role you will be responsible for the running of the business on a day-to-day basis, working closely with and reporting to the owners.
Previous experience in a similar role is required & a Personal Licence is a must.
Duties will include: Rotas & recruitment, orders, team development, social media and the continued development of company standards.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Venue Manager. As Hugos Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our venue and providing exceptional hospitality to all of our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including event planning, scheduling, and execution
- Manage a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the venue
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of staff and guests.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or event management is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, and communication purposes
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to venue operations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
