Due to continued investment and sustained growth, a market-leading engineering organisation is looking to appoint a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly complex, innovative engineering environment, taking ownership of the full product life cycle for a range of cutting-edge mechanical systems and products. Youll be involved in everything from initial concept through to manufacture, playing a key role in bringing next-generation products to market. Key Responsibilities: Lead full product life-cycle design of mechanical parts, components, and systems for a complex and evolving product portfolio. Deliver exciting new product development projects from concept to production. Create both conceptual and detailed designs across a complex and innovative product range. Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, and production to ensure design success. Produce and maintain accurate engineering documentation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. About You: Proven experience designing mechanical components and/or systems using 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, Inventor, or similar. Demonstrated experience in full life-cycle design, from initial concept through to manufacturing.
