Key Responsibilities

Accurate Inventory Control: Maintain and update records of all items in the warehouse, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
Stock Level Monitoring: Regularly review stock levels to prevent shortages or excesses. Implement strategies to optimise inventory control.
Inventory Audits: Conduct regular and thorough inventory audits to validate stock levels and identify discrepancies.

Safety Audits: Perform routine safety audits to ensure that all warehouse operations comply with health and safety regulations.
Compliance Checks: Ensure all processes adhere to the company policies, standards, laws, and regulations.

Documentation: Maintain organised files and records for easy access and retrieval.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on inventory status, safety audits, and other relevant metrics.

Skills and Experience Needed:
Previous Experience: Demonstrable experience in a warehouse administration role is essential.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all tasks.
Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and suppliers.

What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: – per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Job Type: Full-time, Temp to perm
