Responsibilities
* Establishing new customers and suppliers using various methods of communication
* Identify and develop new customer and supplier accounts across the UK and Europe
* Grow and manage existing customer & supplier relationships once established
* Meeting weekly, monthly, annual sales targets
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to optimise profitability
* Monitor market trends, prices, and demand to inform trading decisions
Requirements / Skills
* A few years of solid B2B sales experience would be beneficial
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify profitable opportunities
* The ability to work to and smash KPI's and thrive in a targeted environment
* A flair for communication with excellent relationship building and client facing skills
* Hungry, talented, willing to learn and driven to lean into a challenging environment
* Other languages (especially European) and knowledge of meat industry advantageous
Benefits
* Basic salary of £35,000 to £40,000 + Commission
* 22 days holiday + additional days for time served
