We are currently recruiting for an operations manager to lead the performance, growth, and operational excellence of our Greggs stores across the North of England and Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi-site manager with a passion for fast-paced retail, strong commercial focus, and hands-on leadership. About the role As operations manager, you will oversee a portfolio of Greggs locations, including standalone stores and forecourt partnership sites. You will be responsible for ensuring every store delivers exceptional customer experiences, meets financial targets, and upholds brand and food safety standards. You will work closely with area managers and store teams to drive performance, support store openings and refurbishments, and ensure consistency across all sites.
