Your Key Responsibilities Include:
* Welcoming customers with a smile and being genuinely friendly
* Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
* Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
* Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and maintained according to Health & Safety standards
* Carrying out temperature checks and recording them as per company procedures
* Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
* Maintaining standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
* Adhering to restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
* Contributing to the restaurant's goals and targets
* Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations
* Reporting all work-related incidents promptly
* Following safety procedures and wearing PPE when required
