Summary
We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team at Goodwin Healthcare Services Ltd in the heart of the UK. This role is vital in supporting our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounts payable and maintaining our commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with day-to-day financial operations including invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations
* Supporting payroll processing and ensuring accuracy
* Managing and maintaining financial records
* Assisting with preparation of monthly financial reports
* Supporting the directors with ad-hoc administrative tasks
* Liaising with suppliers and clients to resolve any account queries
* Assisting in preparing financial information for the accountants
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an accounts or finance role
* AAT qualification or working towards one is a plus, or qualified through experience
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Sage One
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
