Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for communication, a strategic mindset, and the drive to help clients grow their business through effective prospecting and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
* Initiate outbound calls to engage prospects and introduce client products and services.
* Use our CRM platform to build and manage sales pipelines for multiple clients
* Understand and document potential customers' procurement processes and buying motives.
* Schedule qualified sales meetings on behalf of clients.
* Collaborate with the internal team to optimise campaign effectiveness.
* Maintain detailed records of outreach and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Requirements
* Experience in a sales, telemarketing, or B2B marketing environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
* Confident telephone manner and effective objection handling.
* A keen sense of initiative to source contact details or decision makers in the relevant sectors.
* Strong phone and sales etiquette.
Preferred Experience
* Previous experience in a sales office.
* Interest or background in marketing services or client and customer facing roles.
* Familiarity with sales reporting and performance metrics.
* Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, and previous CRM experience will be an advantage.
