Join to apply for the People Partner role at Allan WebbJoin to apply for the People Partner role at Allan WebbSummary Of The RoleAllan Webb Ltd is a leading provider of Supportability Services to UK MoD and Industry, delivering engineering, training and P3M services.Summary Of The RoleAllan Webb Ltd is a leading provider of Supportability Services to UK MoD and Industry, delivering engineering, training and P3M services.We are seeking two experienced People Partners to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders across the organisation.ResponsibilitiesProvide expert HR advice and guidance to Senior Managers, Managers and staff.Train, coach and offer guidance to all stakeholders on the application of HR policies and procedures in line with current legislation.Deliver HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.Support managers in dealing with complex performance, attendance and employee relations issues.Draw on patterns and issues that emerge from employee relation cases and analyse data trends to influence decision and to improve people practices.Oversee recruitment activities.Actively support health & wellbeing, EDI and other initiatives to promote a ‘great place to work.’Support and develop the People Team.Review HR documentation, policies and procedures to ensure they are fit for purpose.Contribute to an environment of continuous improvement and excellence.Provide HR support to wider organisational projectsSupport the Head of People on the design and implementation of key HR/People initiatives.Skills And ExperienceIdeally CIPD qualified or working towardsExperience of working in partnership with leadership teams (2+ years).Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and experience of applying it and advising on best practice HR.Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others.Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload around tight deadlines.Self-motivated.Strong problem-solving skills.Experience with HR software and tools.Project management/implementation experienceAbility to analyse a range of data, including statistical information.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to make a significant impact on the company’s success.This is an exciting opportunity to join Allan Webb as we continue on an impressive growth path.As a company, our greatest asset is our people, combining a mix of Subject Matter Experts and promising talent, we ensure that a dynamic, yet experienced workforce helps drive our vision to become leaders in intelligent use of clients’ data.
