The Manager of this very popular coastal Town hotel is seeking a Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef with the running of the kitchen. The property offers all day dining with a breakfast, lunch and evening meal menu, where all dishes are made on site using quality locally sourced seasonal produce cooked to high standards. This hotel is part of a successful group so it is a great opportunity to learn new skills and be able to progress within the company. The Head Chef is looking for a Sous Chef who is capable of running the kitchen and who can work well under pressure.
Requirements:
This role of Sous Chef would suit a driven Sous Chef who has previous experience working in fast paced fresh food kitchens. Knowledge of kitchen paperwork is essential to assist the Head Chef to comply with kitchen legislation.
