The Plant Coordinator (Service & Maintenance) is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of plant and fleet assets, ensuring all equipment and vehicles are serviced, maintained, inspected, and tested in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring the safe and efficient use of plant and fleet resources across the business.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the lifecycle of plant and fleet assets from acquisition to disposal.
* Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to manage repairs and maintenance whilst maintaining accurate records.
* Maintain adherence to JNB minimum plant standards and legal regulations.
* Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions where required
* Build and maintain relationships with service providers to ensure planned servicing, unplanned maintenance, testing and inspections are carried out to a high standard.
* Monitor usage, fuel, damage, loss and overall spend across the fleet.
* Use data to identify efficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
