Employment Solicitor – Birmingham
A top-ranked national law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its expanding Birmingham team.
The Role
You will handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including Employment Tribunal matters and advisory work. The role also involves delivering client training, seminars, legal updates, and contributing to business development across education and commercial sectors. Sector-specific training will be provided.
The Candidate
Applicants should have 3+ years’ PQE with solid employment experience from a reputable firm. Essential requirements include a solicitor qualification, strong advisory and tribunal skills, ability to lead on matters, excellent presentation skills, teamwork, and relationship-building capabilities. Experience mentoring junior team members is desirable.
