ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Prioritize and delegate daily work assignments, train new hires, provide informal performance feedback, and fill in for the supervisor in their absence.
2. Investigate errors to resolve problems, provide feedback, and identify trends beneficial to operations.
3. Communicate with department supervisors to ensure daily work completion.
4. Perform department functions as needed.
5. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
In addition to the above, all positions are responsible for:
* Meeting company standards for quantity and quality of work, in compliance with all policies and procedures, including WorldWide Business Standards.
* Adhering to workplace behavior policies in completing job duties.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: One year of general warehousing operations preferred.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, adaptability, ability to pass machine driver safety training, proficient reading, writing, math, and computer skills, detail-oriented, accountable, good problem-solving skills, and ability to follow instructions and differentiate products.
Other: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or comparable work experience.
