This role is for someone who wants to own a region, lead future hires, and help us build a better service model from the inside out.Youll be responsible for installing and repairing major domestic appliances, including fridge freezerswith full support from HQ and access to an integrated logistics and tracking system. Youll also have a say in how we grow your patch, including helping us streamline parts, storage, and disposal logistics.
We are currently at 5 engineers and growing to 12 within the next year. Were hiring in: NW London: One regional engineer with long-term leadership potential. We believe in quality over quantity of jobs.
We stack jobs in regional hubs that we serve to significantly reduce downtime such as wasted time sitting in traffic, etc. We aim for you to complete 8-10 jobs per day.
