Resolving customer enquiries directly or working with technical colleagues to find solutions. Logging all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Spotting common issues and feeding back to help improve FAQs, documentation, and resources. Supporting customer engagement and retention by creating great experiences throughout their journey. Identifying opportunities for service improvements and (with training), introducing customers to additional features or service packages. What we're looking for: Strong written and verbal communication skills - confident and approachable. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong organisational skills. A natural relationship builder who enjoys helping people. Curious, empathetic, and eager to keep learning. Previous customer service, SaaS, or CRM experience is a bonus, but not essential - attitude and willingness to grow are what matter most!
