Key Responsibilities:
* Create inspiring formulations that align with marketing plans and promotional activity
* Present concepts, textures and prototypes at internal “show and tell” sessions
* Collaborate with NPD specialists to develop market ready products for clients
* Support customer projects with technical insight, troubleshooting and ingredient guidance
* Build and maintain a comprehensive formulation and ingredient library
* Evaluate new ingredient launches, reviewing claims and compatibility
* Support digital tools and platforms that showcase formulations and product concepts
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong experience in a similar formulation role
* Broad scientific understanding with awareness of relevant regulations
* Commercially aware, customer focused and confident in technical discussions
* Highly self motivated, well organised and comfortable working independently
