Cleaning Supervisor – Temp to Perm
📍 Witney
💷 £14.00 per hour
🕒 Monday to Friday, 06:00am – 14:00pm (30-minute unpaid break)
We are recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join a large, well-established medical company based in Witney. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stability and progression within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Head of Cleaning with the management and supervision of cleaning staff
2. Ensure all designated areas are cleaned thoroughly in line with schedules and checklists
3. Oversee the correct use and storage of cleaning equipment, including ride-on and mechanical equipment
4. Carry out regular equipment checks and report any issues
5. Prepare staff rosters, monitor holiday leave, and maintain adequate staffing levels
6. Manage stock ordering and conduct monthly stock takes
7. Perform regular quality checks throughout shifts, ensuring high standards are maintained
8. Provide hands-on support and training to team members where required
9. Ensure timesheets are completed and submitted to Payroll on time
Compliance & Standards
10. Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations and Fire Policy
11. Report hazards promptly to management
12. Follow company/client procedures when handling customer feedback or complaints
13. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and uniform presentation
14. Comply with strict site guidelines and procedures
15. Participate in training to continuously improve performance
16. Proactively suggest improvements and take corrective action where needed
17. Carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by management
