What You'll Be Doing
1. Leading engaging English activities and literacy sessions across KS3 and KS4
2. Running small group and 1:1 intervention programmes focused on reading, writing, comprehension, and communication
3. Supporting class teachers with planning, marking, and resource preparation
4. Helping students develop analytical thinking, confidence in written expression, and a love of literature
5. Getting involved in wider school life-book clubs, creative writing groups, drama projects, and enrichment events
Who We're Looking For
6. A recent English graduate (English Literature, Language, Creative Writing, Linguistics, or similar) with a 2:2 or above
7. A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
8. Someone passionate about education and supporting young people
9. An aspiring English teacher seeking valuable, hands-on school experience
10. Professional, enthusiastic, and committed to helping students succeed
