We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our Building Safety and Compliance Team.
As a key member of the team, you will contribute to ensuring safe, fair and compliant business practices are followed and progress enforcement activities.
Working on electric and gas compliance, the ideal candidate will have a good standard of education and be able to maintain auditable records.
You should enjoy working with people, have good mediation skills and want to solve problems. A working knowledge of housing legislation including compliance, tenancy law and legal enforcement.
You will be responsible for managing access issues and support on resolving issues preventing access. Preparing written communication, scrutinising data, investigating, visiting tenants at their properties and where necessary preparing documentation for court action.
A driver’s license is required for this role.
