The Role
As the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, including system configuration, setup, and user training, as well as providing ongoing support to salon owners and their employees.

Role Requirements
* Manage customer accounts from onboarding through support
* Ensure onboarding timelines are met and address any concerns promptly
* Utilize HubSpot/CRM to track customer data
* Handle customer support inquiries effectively
* Assist the customer success team as needed
* Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrate independence and a proactive attitude
* Be tech-savvy and adaptable to new software
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university
* Proficiency in MS Excel
* Experience with HubSpot is an asset
* Show critical thinking and problem-solving skills
