We're looking for a dedicated Part time Support Worker to join our team in Colchester.
Assist with personal care, daily household tasks, and maintaining routines
Encourage involvement in local activities and hobbies
Foster independence, dignity and empowerment
Be flexible and adaptable to different situations and needs
A genuine passion for care and making a difference
Driving ability preferred (to support community activities)
