We are looking for two part-time contact centre advisers to deliver a first-class experience in our contact centre, which is at the heart of our business.

Ideally, you will work approximately 18 hours between 09:00 and 15:00, Monday to Friday.

Our values are Expert, Trusted, Engaging, and Helpful. You should be able to deliver excellent customer service, building rapport through communication, with a positive can-do attitude, enthusiasm to learn, and the ability to exceed expectations. You should have a strong customer focus and make every interaction memorable.
You also need excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptability, problem-solving abilities, resilience, and reliability. Working towards department targets, you should be able to work well in a team and also use your initiative to make decisions.
