We're looking for a Client Growth & Partnerships Manager to help drive the next stage of growth. This is a relationship-focused role suited to someone who enjoys building partnerships, creating opportunities and working closely with clients. You'll be helping venues, promoters and event organisers understand how Amp can support their ticketing and customer service operations.
What you'll be doing
* Building relationships with venues, promoters and live event organisations
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities
* Managing and progressing sales conversations from initial contact through to agreement
* Leading meetings and presentations
* Working with internal teams to scope and develop solutions for clients
* Growing and supporting existing client relationships
* Attending industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
* Helping shape the future development and growth of Amp Tickets
We'd love to hear from people who have experience in:
* Ticketing
* Live events
* Theatre, venue or promoter environments
* Client partnerships
* Business development
* Customer experience or commercial roles
You don't necessarily need experience in all of these areas. Strong relationship-building skills, commercial awareness and the ability to understand client challenges are just as important.
