A vacancy has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in GMB Midlands Region; the post-holder will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and support needs of regional officers and the regional departments in general, to ensure a smooth and efficient running of all regional business.
The successful candidate will provide a vital support function for our officers and wider support staff; whether that’s organising meetings, making travel arrangements, preparing meetings minutes or producing reports, you’ll work as part of a friendly and collaborative team ensuring the work of the region can function.
This is a key support role where the successful candidate’s efficient, effective and proven administrative skills will support the region in delivering a first class, professional service to our members.
The ideal candidate will:
