Office Transport Coordinator – Walsall, West Midlands People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Office Transport Coordinator to join our well-established client based in Walsall, West Midlands. Shifts • Monday to Friday • 08:30 – 16:00 or 09:30 – 17:00 • 35 hours per week Benefits As an Office Transport Coordinator, you will receive: • Regular weekday working hours • Weekly pay • Ongoing support and training • Opportunity to develop within a logistics environment • Supportive and professional working environment Day-to-Day Duties As an Office Transport Coordinator, your duties will include (but are not limited to): • Booking transport professionals and hauliers between brand distribution centres • Responding to email and telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner • Liaising with external companies to coordinate drivers and transport movements • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases • Scheduling depot and logistics hub timetables for deliveries • Managing incoming and outgoing loads from ports across Europe • Ensuring all activities comply with company policies and procedures Essential Skills To be successful as an Office Transport Coordinator, you will need: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively • A professional, proactive, and organised approach Desirable Experience • Previous administration experience or experience in a similar role • Experience working within a fast-paced office environment Training Provided • Full role-specific training provided • Ongoing support throughout the assignment Apply If you are ready to take on this opportunity as an Office Transport Coordinator, please apply today and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch.
