Please see below for the applicable rates: Level 3 Apprenticeship Rates:Under 18 years - £15,144 per annum18-20 years - £19,871 per annum21+ years - £23,555 per annumLuminate Education Group are recruiting for a Level 3 Learning & Organisational Development Practitioner to join their Learning & Organisation Development team based within the wider HR team.As an apprentice you’ll coordinate a variety of training programmes across the group, managing bookings, answering enquiries, updating records, and helping to evaluate learning activities. You’ll work closely with colleagues and external providers to plan and deliver engaging development opportunities, using digital tools to promote and track participation.You’ll be supported to grow into the role, with guidance and mentoring from your colleagues, hands-on work experience, and structured training through your apprenticeship programme. This support will help you develop the skills and confidence you need to perform effectively and progress in your career.You will be completing a level 3 qualification in Learning & Development Practitioner.
