Supplier Performance Analyst – Overview
We have an opportunity for a Supplier Performance Analyst to join our Property Services Central Commercial Team, to collate, monitor and manage accurate data for the Property Services function, creating proactive reporting to identify trends and risks in delivery and support contractor and supplier management objectives.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage monitoring processes to ensure supplier data is up to date and accurate, including analysing exception reporting, SAP notifications and recommending changes to support the Group's objectives.
* Monitor, investigate and correct supplier data quality issues to ensure that the Property Services delivery teams are operating with the most accurate information.
* Regularly undertake trend analysis, identifying reoccurrence of risk and potential opportunities for investigation or investment, proactively highlighting service level performance issues to support the Group's objectives.
* Provide high‑quality management information and updates to the team and senior management on contractor performance, making recommendations for improvements to support decision making and inform business planning in accordance with statutory requirements and Group policy.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify practical business improvements and scope service and product improvements that meet current and future customer needs.
* Define the requirements for reporting systems and support the implementation to ensure that performance is measured accurately and meaningfully against agreed targets and KPIs.
* Support the team with the production of formal Board reporting, ensuring data is accurate, of appropriate standard and delivered to timescales to ensure the Group has visibility of performance and risk.
Skills and Experiences
* Experience supporting SAP‑based information systems and upgrades.
* Experience addressing data quality issues, investigating and identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions.
* Proven experience working with others to deliver projects, including indirect reports and third‑party suppliers.
* Experience producing progress reports and management information, including making recommendations for changes needed to ensure delivery.
* Excellent organisational, project management and planning skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills.
* Must hold a full, valid UK driving licence to drive a company vehicle.
