Job Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum Location: Stratford-upon-Avon Your new company Hays Senior Finance are working with an excellent business in Stratford-upon-Avon as they look to recruit a new Finance Manager on a permanent basis. Our client is a fast-growing technology and telecoms provider, delivering innovative solutions that help customers stay connected, secure and productive. Your new role Reporting into an excellent CFO, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations and ensuring robust financial controls whilst driving informed decision-making across the business. Main duties: Preparation of consolidated monthly management accounts Manage budgeting, forecasting and cashflow processes Liaise with auditors, external partners and key stakeholders Develop and maintain internal controls and processes Lead the finance team and support continuous improvement Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decisions What you'll need to succeed Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Strong blend of technical accounting skills and commercial acumen Proven experience in day-to-day financial management Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment A proactive mindset with a desire to improve systems and processes Highly proficient with Excel and accounting software (Netsuite advantageous) What you'll get in return In return, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, and be given the chance to make a real impact in a diverse and forward-thinking organisation.
