Job Overview
At Tesco Travel Money, in partnership with Travelex, we deliver excellent customer service to help customers start their journeys with confidence. The Bureau Manager leads a team in a busy bureau, supporting customers with their travel money needs and ensuring brilliant service every time.
Responsibilities
* Lead, support, and champion the team to deliver excellence daily.
* Work towards KPIs and deliver on targets.
* Review data to drive performance, continuous improvement, and celebrate success.
* Ensure the bureau consistently meets compliance metrics, passes internal audits, and follows standard operating procedures.
* Operate in a fast‑paced environment, processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately so customers leave happy.
* Apply training and offer expert advice on products and services.
* Follow company processes and maintain attention to detail to keep operations on track.
