As part of the management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the shop when the Manager isn't available. You will motivate the team and ensure they have what they need to excel.
Our services include in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You will lead in providing a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers, whether in-store or online.
Typical shift responsibilities include:
1. Inspiring the team to achieve excellent results and uphold shop standards
2. Leading by example and delivering fast, friendly customer service
3. Preparing products, including making sandwiches and managing ovens
4. Maintaining fully stocked displays with a variety of options
5. Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and presentable

About You:
You should be reliable with natural leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Supportive of an inclusive culture, you value diversity and individuality.
