Your Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* Business development to acquire new clients and build relationships with existing ones
* Candidate sourcing via headhunting, job boards, advertising, and networking
* Conducting interviews and presenting a shortlist of candidates to clients
* Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
* Offering insights on industry trends and consulting with clients and candidates
* Negotiating contracts to secure the best deals for your candidates
* Keeping your network engaged and following up on leads
Who we are looking for
* A recent graduate with some sales experience or someone with 6+ months of commercial experience
* Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people
* A competitive mindset, possibly with a background in sports, debating, or similar
* Highly financially motivated, eager to earn above the basic salary
* Strong work ethic with a passion for delivering excellent service
* Enthusiastic about the tech sector and recruitment
