A key element of the role involves supporting the Behaviour Support Room, where you will assist students who may need time to regulate, reflect, and prepare to return to lessons with a positive mindset. This room is an important part of the school's pastoral care, providing a calm and structured space for students to reset and receive the support they need. You will also help students continue their academic work during these sessions, ensuring they remain on track and do not fall behind. This role is ideal for someone patient, adaptable, and committed to supporting both learning and behaviour in a consistent and supportive way.
