🚗 A full driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
What You’ll Do:
As a Care Professional, you’ll provide essential care and support in the homes of our clients, following personalised care plans that put dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do.
Your role will include:
1. 💙 Supporting with personal care – bathing, dressing, toileting, incontinence care
2. 💊 Assisting with medication – preparation and administration
3. 🚶 Helping with mobility – including use of aids and equipment
4. 🍽️ Mealtime support – preparing meals/snacks, feeding if required
5. 🏡 Light domestic duties – laundry, making beds, light cleaning
6. 🤝 Providing companionship – building meaningful relationships

10. 🍲 Nutrition & Mealtimes – preparing tasty, nutritious meals tailored to preferences and dietary needs, plus feeding support where needed.
11. 🏡 Housekeeping – keeping the home comfortable and tidy, including light cleaning, laundry, and making beds.
12. 🚶 Mobility Assistance – helping clients move safely, including transfers, walking support, and the use of mobility aids.
13. 👀 Health Monitoring – observing and reporting any changes in condition to healthcare professionals and family.
14. 🌍 Social Inclusion – encouraging community involvement and helping maintain strong family/friend connections.
15. 💬 Emotional Support – offering empathy, reassurance, and a listening ear to reduce anxiety or distress.
16. 📝 Documentation – keeping accurate care records, noting incidents, and tracking changes in wellbeing.
17. 🛡️ Safety & Emergency Response – creating a safe environment, recognising hazards, and acting appropriately in emergencies.
18. 🤝 Collaboration – working closely with colleagues, health professionals, and families to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
Qualifications
