Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Distribution Sales Manager. The position is based in Telford, with flexibility to work from home as needed. The Distribution Sales Manager will be responsible for business planning, managing key accounts, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with channel partners. This role involves creating and executing channel sales plans, supporting distributors to meet sales objectives, monitoring market trends, and identifying opportunities to expand the company’s distribution network. Additionally, the candidate will represent Fibox in meetings, negotiations, and events, promoting our solutions to diverse market segments.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Business Planning and Sales strategy development
* Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining business relationships
* Experience in working with Channel Partners and developing Channel Sales strategies
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
* Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
* Knowledge of the electrical, industrial automation, or relevant market sectors is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
