Learning & Development Business Partner
This is a newly created role within the Peopleteam.Working closely with an L&D Administrator and more broadly with the HR and Talent teams. You will business partner with senior leaders, lead and oversee the L&D function to proactively develop and deliver high quality learning and development experiences to meet current and future business and colleague needs.
Learning & Development Business Partner Responsibilities
The Learning & Development Business Partnerwillresearch and bring new ideas and creative learning and development solutions that will support the aims and objectives of the business and its functions, and support all colleague development areas.The duties will include but not be limited to:
* Leading and managing an L&D team
* Creating and leading the L&D strategy to incorporate a 5-year plan covering all L&D provision
* Supporting the creation of the apprenticeship strategy, utilising apprenticeship levy and underlying business objectives for long-term talent pipeline
