The Role
As an Application Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of key business applications. You will troubleshoot technical issues, support MS SQL databases and C# .NET applications, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service within agreed SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 2nd/3rd line application support across business-critical systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
* Support and administer MS SQL databases and C# .NET applications
* Work with incident ticketing systems and knowledge base platforms to meet SLA targets
* Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams
* Ensure adherence to IT security principles and best practices
Essential Skills & Experience
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
