The Role Teach engaging and inspiring Mathematics lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, ensuring all students are challenged and supported to reach their potential. Work as part of a supportive and high-performing Mathematics department, sharing best practice and maintaining strong communication with colleagues. Use effective classroom management strategies to create a positive and purposeful learning environment. Foster curiosity, resilience, and confidence in Mathematics, helping students develop key problem-solving and analytical skills. The Ideal Candidate Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Specialism in Mathematics, with the ability to confidently teach up to Key Stage 5 preferred. Strong subject knowledge and passion for promoting a love of Maths. A dedicated and reliable teacher willing to take on full classroom responsibilities, including marking, assessment, and participation in departmental meetings. Excellent communication and organisation skills, with a proactive and flexible approach to teaching. Lives locally to Maidstone or within a commutable distance.
