About The Team

About The Team

What You Will Be Doing
* You will engage and develop colleagues to meet their full potential to then allow the teams to achieve optimum performance
* You will lead quality improvement initiatives and own quality metrics in the distribution centre
* Lead the site Quality team, taking accountability for their performance and development to exemplify the teams values
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate records (including computerised/digital) of internal and external quality data, analysing this data to identify trends, problems, and opportunities for improvement
* Monitor and evaluate the operational processes and identify potential areas of improvement to ensure consistent quality
* Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any quality or safety issues and collaborate cross-functionally to implement corrective and preventative measures to improve quality
* Educate and lead employees on quality control procedures, promote a culture of quality throughout the organisation
* Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures and site KPI targets
Who You Are
* Clear experience of continuous improvement in FMCG or manufacturing environment
* Six Sigma Green Belt Qualification is preferred
* Experience in conducting inspections and audits
* Confident in coaching continuous improvement tools and systems
* An experienced and well versed leader who is able to influence and motivate at all levels

Location: HelloFresh, Unit 2 Plot 8, Smart Parc, DE21 7HW
Shifts: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm office based every day
