Protocol Education is offering an exciting opportunity for trainee SEN Teaching Assistants to work in North Tyneside schools. You’ll be supporting children with additional needs — helping them feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.
No previous school experience? No problem. We’ll provide full training (including our free Thrive course!) and ongoing support to help you build confidence in the classroom.
The role includes:
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
Helping with learning, communication, and emotional regulation
Working closely with teachers and SENCOs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
