Overview
The Stylist at Jo Malone London brings the brand’s generosity to life within our boutiques through exceptional customer service. Fragrant fun, curiosity and kindness are key. You will host visitors from across the globe and showcase The World of Jo Malone London to customers, global colleagues, and corporate clients and media contacts. Creativity is part of everyday work, from the signature Hand and Arm massage to hosting wedding consultations and other services and events such as floral crowns, graffiti art, chocolate tasting and cocktail master classes.
Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Maximise sales performance and productivity
* Build collaborative relationships with colleagues
* Support the execution of in-store events
* Maintain awareness of stock and inventory
* Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store environment
* Be aware of competitor activity and drive an omni-channel approach

Description
As one of our highly skilled makeup artists you will combine creative and technical expertise and a passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers. You will work as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure the store maintains high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors. If you are a dynamic self-starter seeking a progressive career opportunity with a leader in prestige beauty, this could be the right role for you. Certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable but we also welcome applicants with amateur level experience.
