Service Care Solutions is working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm, based in Wiltshire, which is seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor to join their busy Agriculture and Landed Estates Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely alongside a Partner with an established and varied caseload, advising clients on a wide range of private client and tax planning matters.
Role: Private Client Solicitor – Agriculture & Landed Estates
Location: Wiltshire – Leading Legal 500 Company
Salary: £45,000 to £65,000 per annum
Location: Wiltshire (Hybrid options available)
The Role
Advising on Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax
Offering tax-efficient solutions for wealth succession and family business structures.
Drafting and advising on trust documentation, family partnerships, and related bespoke agreements.
Assisting with estate administration, including complex estates (though this will not be the main focus).
Supporting a Partner while also managing your own workload independently.About You
3+ years’ PQE in private client work.
Strong knowledge of Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax in the context of family businesses, landed estates, and farming enterprises.
A solid understanding of trusts, settlements, and asset protection strategies.
Agricultural client experience would be beneficial but is not essential.The Firm Offers
