The Role:
In this leadership role, you will head up a central internal communications team, with responsibility for:
* Designing and delivering high-impact, group-wide internal communication campaigns.
* Developing and enhancing new and existing internal communication channels.
* Ensuring consistent, effective messaging across all areas of the organisation.
* Measuring and evaluating the impact of internal communications to inform continuous improvement.
* Creating and owning a comprehensive colleague listening strategy, ensuring the voice of employees is heard and acted upon.
