The role is based at Chamberlaine Court, a home designed to support residents with age-related conditions, physical and mental health needs. Bonding with residents and supporting dignity and independence is essential. Sponsorship is not offered for this role.
Overview
We are looking for passionate and dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team. We currently have several vacancies and will arrange interviews promptly. The role operates across a 7-day week with shifts from 8:00 to 20:00 or 20:00 to 08:00.
Hourly pay range: £12.45 – £12.80 per hour, dependent on qualification level. This range is provided by PrimeLife Ltd. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience—talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal hygiene and dressing, or prepare for sleep as needed
* Support residents to dine and maintain nutrition and hydration
* Encourage safe mobility using mobility aids and equipment
* Provide friendship and companionship and accompany residents on outings or appointments
* Maintain accurate records and complete documentation
* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to promote residents’ health and wellbeing
* Welcome family members and assist with enquiries
What we’re looking for
You should have a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference. Prior experience as a Care Assistant or Support Worker is desirable but not required, as full training is provided. Many residents live with dementia; understanding of dementia is beneficial. Patience, understanding, and respect for residents’ individual abilities are essential.
