What will I be doing?
* Manage the provision of professional Learning and Development services to the business, focusing on employee growth, skill development, and aligning initiatives with business goals.
* Design and deliver learning and development strategies to build a long-term skills plan.
* Implement talent and succession management initiatives to support career progression.
* Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and related processes.
* Oversee the administration of all learning and development initiatives.
* Manage the learning and development budget.
* Define site learning priorities aligned with Safran Nacelles' objectives.
* Manage the corporate social responsibility strategy for the site, engaging external stakeholders.
* Ensure delivery of mandatory training.
* Facilitate future pipeline initiatives including STEM, work experience, and manufacturing events.
* Design and deliver the corporate induction program using innovative techniques.
* Manage skills matrices and reporting tools to ensure a competency framework for future skills.
* Oversee the Personal Development Review process.
* Engage with the Safran UK L&D network group.
* Manage EN9100 processes and contracts as required.

What you need from me?
* Degree / HND or equivalent experience.
* CIPD or equivalent (or willingness to obtain).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Project management skills.
* Understanding of HR Systems and LMS.
* Train the Trainer qualification or willingness to complete.
* Presentation skills and willingness to develop related qualifications.
