About the Role
:
You will be apart of a local team undertaking high standard Carpentry & Joinery repairs to Housing properties, delivering best in class customer service and satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards.
1. Carrying out all joinery works that is required
2. Responsible for duties to include but not limited to – routine repairs, quick repairs, lock changes and boarding up windows.
3. Providing high levels of customer care at all times
4. Kitchen repair and partial kitchen installation
5. General repairs and maintenance in social housing
Key Criteria:
6. Experience in Carpentry & Joinery
7. A UK full valid driving license
8. City & Guilds or equivalent in Carpentry & Joinery trade discipline
9. Good written & verbal communication skills
10. Numeracy skills
11. Good People Skills
12. Able to understand & follow standard operating procedures
13. Able to use a PDA following training
