We're recruiting on behalf of a premium UK manufacturer known for beautifully designed, intelligent charge points used in residential and workplace environments.

What You'll Be Doing
* Leading hardware design: digital, analogue, RF, and power electronics
* Schematic capture, PCB layout, prototyping, and board bring-up
* Ensuring EMC compliance and supporting product certification
* Collaborating with production teams and resolving hardware issues
* Creating documentation to support internal and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
* Degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experience
* Strong experience in embedded hardware and PCB design
* Deep understanding of EMC compliance and lab testing (oscilloscopes, probes, etc.)
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
* Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
* Proficiency with Altium Designer
* Experience with STMicroelectronics, Espressif, or Atmega microcontrollers
* Background in IoT or mains-powered smart product development
* Familiarity with EV charging standards (Open EVSE, RAPI)
* EMC by design and antenna tuning
* Experience working in Agile environments
