We are looking for an experienced Indian Cuisine Head Chef for our Client's Restaurant in Canterbury, Kent.
Previous experience in a restaurant is required.
Responsibilities:
Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Develop seasonal, creative menus and maintain consistency in quality and taste.
Manage, train, and motivate kitchen staff while fostering a positive team environment.
Uphold strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP compliant).
Control food costs, monitor inventory, manage supplier relationships, and minimize waste.
Create menus for all events, oversee administrative tasks including recipe cards, production schedules, SOPs, and coordination.
