As the HubSpot Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will manage and optimise HubSpot CRM, leveraging its full suite of tools to boost customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across marketing, sales, and service teams.
You will take a hands-on approach to managing HubSpot, ensuring that all aspects of the platform are effectively utilised to deliver actionable insights, optimise customer journeys, and maximise commercial growth. Key Responsibilities:
* HubSpot Platform Management: Own and manage all aspects of the HubSpot platform (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, and Operations Hub) to ensure integration and usage aligns with the company’s growth objectives.
* Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimise both marketing and sales campaigns through HubSpot, ensuring effective lead generation, conversion, and long-term customer retention.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Use HubSpot’s reporting tools and advanced Excel skills to analyse data, track KPIs, and measure the performance of campaigns, providing actionable insights to drive future strategies.
* Process Optimisation & Automation: Continuously assess and optimise workflows, automation processes, and integrations within HubSpot to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer experience.
* Proactive Recommendations: Leverage data to make proactive recommendations for campaign adjustments, optimisations, and new initiatives, ensuring that marketing and sales efforts are data-driven and aligned with business objectives.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure HubSpot is fully integrated across all departments, driving synergy and maximising HubSpot’s potential.
Skills and Experience:
* Expert HubSpot Knowledge: Advanced knowledge and experience with Sales Hub Enterprise, Marketing Hub Enterprise, Service Hub Professional, Content Hub Professional, and Operations Hub Professional.
* Advanced Data Analysis: Strong proficiency in data analysis, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to quickly interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
* Campaign Strategy & Execution: Demonstrated ability to design and manage marketing and sales campaigns using HubSpot, focusing on driving commercial growth and improving customer journeys.
* Reporting and Performance Tracking: Expertise in using HubSpot’s reporting tools and Excel to track KPIs, analyse campaign performance, and generate insights to refine strategies.
* CRM and Process Automation: Experience implementing HubSpot workflows, lead nurturing strategies, and automation to improve efficiency, customer experience, and scale operations.
* Cross-functional Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure the HubSpot platform is optimally used to align goals and drive results.
Behaviours, Motivations & Values
* Analytical Thinker with Insightful Problem-Solving: You have the ability to take complex data and transform it into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and contribute to continuous business growth.
* Proactivity and Autonomy: You demonstrate the ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple marketing projects with minimal oversight.
* Results-Driven and Growth-Oriented: You are consistently focused on driving measurable results, showcasing clear impact in previous roles, and continuously optimising strategies.
* Collaboration and Teamwork: You have a strong ability to collaborate across functions and engage stakeholders effectively to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
