We’re seeking a full-time team member to work 40 hours per week, 7-16 Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. The role will be split between deliveries (80% of the time) and sales assistance in store (20% of the time).

Job Purpose
You will play a key role in the success of your store by collaborating with in-store colleagues and our UK Sales Team to provide a memorable customer experience to professionals & DIY enthusiasts.
Job Responsibilities
* Play an active part in engagement planning & monthly store meeting sessions.
* Ensure customers receive a warm welcome, an informed conversation & personalized proposal.
* Use our client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience.
* Support your store’s monthly customer contact plan.
* Follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor
* Load the van & plan delivery routes.
* Develop your skills & encourage colleagues to do so using our training tools.
Job Requirements
* Proven experience in a customer service/retail role.
* Valid driving license.
* Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.
* Calm under pressure.
