Our client, a prominent company in the water sector, is currently seeking a Project Manager with significant experience in civil engineering and waste water projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall management and successful delivery of complex single projects or multiple projects under the South West Water Framework.
Manage health and safety, design, customer relations, quality, environmental impact, programme, and cost/value during both pre-productionand production phases.
Monitor the progress of offsite and onsite operations against deadlines and budget limitations.
Foster a positive team culture and environment to support improved wellbeing and performance.
Drive change by embedding production line thinking and an "offsite first" philosophy.
Job Requirements:
Proven experience of project management in a major project's environment.
Capability to lead and motivate a team.
Understanding of Lean Construction, Agile Programme Management and other relevant techniques.
Experience within Infrastructure / Construction industries
Proven ability to plan and organise resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Strong Commercial acumen, with the capability to lead team members to produce accurate time and cost forecasts and reports.
Professional qualifications and SMSTS safety qualifications or relevant CSCS card
